Plast'X Bonding System can be used to permanently repair all plastic parts. Plast'X' adhesives are fast curing, low odor & supplied in twin pack cartridges for ease of application. Cured Plast'X' Adhesive can be sanded in less than 30mins.

	1.IDENTIFY PLASTIC: Take a sliver of plastic part, place it into glass of water. If it FLOATS - Semi-rigid Plastic - Use Plast'X' A ADHESIVE If it SINKS - rigid Plastic - Use Plast'X' B ADHESIVE	2. PREPARE THE BONDING FILMS: Cut a strip of reinforcing film & another of contouring film both 1inch longer then the split.	3. PREPARE Plast'X' ADHESIVE: Load adhesive (A or B depending on test in step 1) into adhesive gun. Remove end cap, do not discard - save and re-use	4. EQUALISE ADHESIVE: Gun out adhesive onto a clean surface until both components flow equally. Discard gunned out adhesive. Attach tip.
	5. GUN OUT Plast'X' ADHESIVE: Gun out enough adhesive to slightly overfill split onto mesh side of reinforcing film strip.	6. APPLY THE STRIP OF REINFORCING FILM: Press reinforcing film into rear of split until adhesive flows out from front of split.	7. FILL THE REPAIR: Gun directly into split. Begin from narrow end of split. Fill each drill hole. Keep end of tip in adhesive during application. Slightly overfill split & holes. Work quickly. Adhesive cures rapidly.	8. PRESS THE STRIP OF CONTOURING FILM ONTO ADHESIVE: Do not press deeply onto split. Attempt to recreate original contours of plastic part while adhesive remains mobile.
	9. REMOVE TIP FROM ADHESIVE CARTRIDGE: Replace end cap over black half of cartridge.	REMOVE CONTOURING FILM & PLASTIC BACKING OF REINFORCING FILM: After 10 mins.	WET SAND ADHESIVE: After 30 mins. with 120 grit, finish with 240/400 grit. After 1 hour repair is ready to be painted.	Minor surface defects in cured Plast'X' Adhesive can be filled using: Plast'X' 6 Plastic Filler.
