| SURFACE PREPARATION - Careful preparation will make a perfect repair possible. Remove plastic part where possible. |

| 1. RESHAPING: Heat plastic around damaged area to remove dents or deformation. |
2.
WASH: Use
detergent & water, rinse and dry.

3. ENLARGE SPLIT: Split should be minimum 0.1inch wide at edge of plastic part & taper inwards. If necessary enlarge split with a saw or knife. |

| 4. DRILL: Make a hole 0.1inch from end of split, dill holes 0.2 inch apart along sides of split minimum 0.1inch from sides. | 5. SANDING: "V" out split using 80 grit paper, sand front & back to a distance 1inch around split. | 6. PRE-CLEAN: Spray Plast'X' 1 PLASTIC CLEANER onto cloth, wipe damaged area, front and back, allow to dry. Do not spray directly onto plastic part. |

7. APPLY Plast'X' 2 ADHESION PROMOTER: Spray 1 even coat. Drying time air 30 mins., oven 15 mins. 140°F.
